Application for
admission must be made only on the College Admission form provided in the
Prospectus. The applicant should attach the following certificates with
Admission form-
Original certificates of the previous Board/University examination passed.
Character certificate from the head of the institution last attended.
Inter-University migration certificate as well as detailed marks certificate if the student has passed previous examination from some other university.
Eligibility Instructions- (a) According to University rules, every student seeking admission on the basis of qualification obtained from another university (other than Punjab/Punjabi University/P.S.E.B.) shall obtain an eligibility certificate on submission of the prescribed application form from G.N.D.University with a fee of Rs. 100/-. This certificate should be produced at the time of admission. (b) In case a candidate is given provisional admission without the required certificate, the candidate must get the eligibility certificate issued by G.N.D.University upto 31.07.2... without penal fee or upto 01.08.2... with a penal fee of Rs. 250/- and form 01.09.2... with a penal fee of Rs.500/- (c) To get the eligibility certificate from G.N.D.University, the following documents must be produced along with the prescribed form and a fee of Rs.100/- 1. Detail Marks card of the lower examination. 2. Migration certificate from the concerned university. (d) Those students who have passed +2 examination from National Open School, N. Delhi with four subjects (including English) after two years of passing Matriculation examination, can be given only provisional admission in B.A. (Pass Course) with the condition that such students will have to pass the fifth subject under the same cancelled. They will also have to obtain eligibility certificate from G.N.D.University and produce it at the time of admission.
University Registration Card if already registered with Guru Nanak Dev University.
Category certificate (for example S.C./B.C.) and Punjab Domicile certificate/residence certificate issued by the valid authority.
It may be clearly noted that admission of each student is provisional subject to registration with the Guru Nanak Dev University for Degree and Post-Graduate classes and with the Punjab School Education Board for +2 Classes.
The Principal reserves the right to grant or refuse admission to the college to any candidate without assigning any reason. The Principal can even cancel the admission of any such student as has been admitted to the college without assigning any reason whatsoever and in that case the entire amount of dues paid by the student may be refunded to her.
